By personal experience, I can say that this engraving has made flexo printers, who have taken advantage of this new offering, seriously put into question the fact that perhaps the “enclosed cell” anilox roll may have been a paradigm we have blindly followed. I have witnessed a single roll with the Uniflex engraving be used with absolutely stunning results on large solids while also providing excellent screens on the same plate!
